As the name implies, MIN is an enterprise dedicated to medical innovation. This comprises two major business areas, which in turn are highly synergistic. One is distribution and marketing, which focuses on planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for innovative medical technology in the EU, centered around the D/A/CH region.
The other is Venture Building, where we work with selected start-ups to help them develop and scale. Learnings from our daily interaction with customers on the distribution side and the insights emanating from our deep network of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, purchasing & administrative staff, etc.) enable us to quickly, but thoroughly, assess a given innovation and to understand and recommend required development steps.
